Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Damaged or defective items may qualify for a free reprint or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.
Lost or undeliverable orders may qualify for a product-price refund.

UGC Creation & Pricing Terms

22. UGC Services & Scope

Dani and Ellie, LLC may offer user-generated content (UGC) creation services, including but not limited to photos, videos, short-form social media content, voiceovers, scripts, and edited deliverables for brand use. The scope of each project will be defined in writing prior to work beginning.

23. Pricing & Quotes

All pricing for UGC creation is project-based or package-based and is determined by factors such as content type, number of deliverables, usage rights, revisions, and turnaround time.

Pricing provided via email, proposal, invoice, or media kit is valid only for the timeframe specified and is subject to change for future projects.

24. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined prior to project start.
Full or partial payment may be required before content creation begins.
Work will not commence until payment terms are accepted.
Late or unpaid invoices may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of services.

25. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

UGC pricing includes a limited number of minor revisions.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

27. Usage Rights

UGC pricing includes limited usage rights unless otherwise specified.
Extended usage rights, paid advertising usage, whitelisting, or perpetual licensing may require additional fees.

28. No Performance Guarantees

Dani and Ellie, LLC does not guarantee engagement, conversions, reach, or sales performance for UGC content. Pricing reflects creative production services, not marketing outcomes.

29. Cancellations & Refunds

Once UGC work has begun, payments are non-refundable.
If a project is canceled after work has started, completed work may still be delivered at Dani and Ellie, LLC’s discretion.

30. Ownership of Content

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Dani and Ellie, LLC retains ownership of all created content.
Brands receive usage rights as outlined in the agreed scope.

Rates may be updated periodically. Previous pricing does not guarantee future pricing or availability.
