Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

  • We offer a free reprint or a refund for damaged or defective products.

  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

  • To submit a claim, please provide:

    • Your order ID

    • Photo proof clearly showing the issue

Claims submitted without photo evidence or outside the 30-day window may not be eligible.

​Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

 

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Color or design preferences

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

Orders are DTF prints, Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Lost in Transit or Invalid Address

  • If an order is lost in transit, a refund for the product price will be issued.

  • If an order is returned due to an invalid or incomplete address, a refund for the product price will be issued.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
